Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026
79X Solutions, LLC (“79X”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a United States company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit 79x.solutions (the “site”), contact us through it, or use the private project areas we make available to invited members, and how we handle that information. We collect only what we need to operate the site, respond to you, provide access to project work, understand and improve how the site is used, and keep everything secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information you provide to us
Forms. When you use one of our forms, such as a contact request, a discovery-call request, or a request to access a project area, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your first and last name, your email address, your organization, your position or role, your phone number, your message, and your answers to any choices the form offers. Some forms let you attach a file, such as an image (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP) or a PDF; if you attach one, we receive that file and its contents. You choose what to send us.
Account and profile information. Access to our private project areas is by account only. We create accounts for invited clients, collaborators, and participants; there is no public sign-up. Your profile can include your first and last name, your organization, your position, your phone number, links you choose to add (such as a LinkedIn or GitHub address), and a profile image, together with the login credentials for your account.
Information we collect automatically
Technical logs. Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs when you visit, such as your internet protocol address, your browser type and settings, and the date and time of each request. We use these to operate, maintain, and secure the site.
Analytics. On the published site we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. See “Analytics” below for details, including the cookies it sets and your choices.
Project-area access logs. When you are signed in and view or download content in a private project area, we keep a detailed, tamper-evident record of that access, including your account and name, the date and time, the content you accessed and what you did with it (for example, viewed or downloaded), your internet protocol address, and your device and browser information. We keep these records to operate and secure the project areas, to enforce our Terms of Service, and as evidence if the content is misused.
Acceptance records. When you accept our Terms of Service at sign-in, we record that acceptance, including your account, the date and time, the version of the Terms you accepted, and related technical details, so we have a reliable record of the agreement.
Analytics
On the published site (not in testing or development), we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure how the site is used, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors move through the site. Google acts as our analytics provider and processes this information for us, and Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to do so.
We use Google Analytics for analytics only. We do not use it, or the information it collects, for advertising or to build advertising or personalization profiles about you. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides. You can learn how Google handles data in Google’s Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry and follow up with you about working together;
- create and administer your account and provide access to the project areas;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site and our services, including understanding how the site is used;
- send you account-related and project-related messages, such as confirmations, access notices, and administrative messages;
- send you news, updates, or promotional messages about our services where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
- protect our forms, accounts, and content against spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats, and keep records of access and of your acceptance of our Terms;
- keep business records, comply with our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Marketing communications
From time to time we may send you news, updates, or promotional messages about 79X and our services, for example by email. Every marketing email we send identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe, and if you unsubscribe we will stop sending you marketing messages promptly. You will still receive non-promotional messages that are necessary for your account or a project, such as confirmations, security notices, and administrative messages.
Spam and abuse prevention
We use reCAPTCHA, a spam-and-abuse-prevention service provided by Google, to protect our forms from automated misuse. reCAPTCHA collects device and usage signals and analyzes them to tell genuine visitors apart from automated bots, and it may set a cookie for that purpose. We use it only for security, and only in connection with our forms.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Analytics. On the published site, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. We use these for analytics only, not for advertising.
- Security. Our spam-and-abuse-prevention service may set a cookie strictly to perform its security function.
- Account and session. When you sign in, we and our membership system set cookies that keep you logged in and maintain your session.
- Functional storage. Your browser may store a small amount of functional information on your own device, for example your light or dark theme preference. This stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the site, although account features rely on their own session cookies to work.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not use or share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- With service providers who help us operate the site, communicate with you, and schedule with you, such as our website-hosting provider, our analytics provider, our email-delivery provider, our scheduling provider, and our spam-and-abuse-prevention provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- When required by law, such as to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our property, the safety of others, or the security and integrity of the site and the project areas.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit and your account information for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes in this policy, and we keep certain records longer as business records. In particular: form submissions and records of our dealings with you are kept as business records after your account is closed; project-area access logs and Terms acceptance records are kept for at least five to seven years, because they may be needed to enforce our Terms or defend legal claims; and when you delete your account, we remove your profile information from active use but keep the business and legal records described here. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Your privacy choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to ask about the information we hold about you, and if you have an account you can update much of your profile yourself.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, may give you rights over your personal information, including the right to request access to it, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As explained above, we do not sell your personal information. Where these rights apply to you, you can exercise them by emailing us at info@79x.solutions. To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before we act, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we will respond within the time applicable law requires.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our site does not currently respond to them.
Marketing opt-out. You can opt out of our marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at info@79x.solutions.
Deleting your account. If your account allows it, you can delete it; we will remove your profile information from active use and keep the business and legal records described under “Data retention.”
Data security
We serve this site over a secure, encrypted connection, we restrict access to submissions and accounts to authorized personnel, and we keep our access logs in a tamper-evident form. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, however, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
International visitors
79X Solutions, LLC is a United States company. The information you submit through this site is hosted and stored on services located in the United States. If you access the site or contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your own location.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for a professional audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy, and any matter relating to it, is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to this policy will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
