WorkerAlly
Document. Report. Fight back.
Executive summary
Every tool a union runs today handles what happens after a worker files a grievance. None reaches the worker in the moment a violation happens. That is the gap WorkerAlly closes, and it closes it as a complete platform, not a single app.
For the worker, WorkerAlly is a phone app. When something happens at work, the worker captures it in one tap, the evidence is sealed so that any later change to it can be detected, and they get plain answers about their rights under their own contract and the law. When they are ready, the incident reaches their steward already documented.
For the union, WorkerAlly is a full web application for every role that acts on what the worker reports: stewards, organizers, affiliate staff, and the federation, each with the view their job needs. It connects both ways to the systems the union already runs. It pulls members and records in from an existing platform, app, spreadsheet, or list, and it feeds incident and grievance data back out to the tools already in use. It adds the missing worker layer without asking anyone to abandon what works.
For everyone, a single worker capture keeps working long after the phone goes back in the pocket. It becomes a grievance a steward can act on, a pattern an affiliate can carry into bargaining, a number a federation can bring to the legislature, and a filing an agency can accept, with the worker’s identity protected by default at every level above their own local.
